I just made Chicken Fajitas with tons of veggies and melted cream cheese and scooped into burrito shells I browned on top of a hot stove burner (I set the fire alarm off, lol).

I'm waiting for my honey to get home, so we can chow down.

Last night was Margarita Chicken from Chili’s and it wasn’t bad. I had a few bites and will have the leftovers today.

Dim Sum. Fortunately, we have a few Chinese restaurants that will make dim sum for dinner. I was really craving siu mai.

- Pork siu mai
- Shrimp siu mai
- Scallop dumplings
- Sticky rice
- Red bean paste sesame balls

- fried okra

We're having that, tonight (Chilis Margarita Chicken); plus our bartender makes the best smokey Margarita's ever.

- cherry ice cream with chocolate chunks (not B&J's Cherry Garcia, but still pretty good)

Corn dogs. Instead of two boxes of the plain gluten free accidentally wound up with one box jalapeno. It seemed like an odd combination and I worried they'd be too spicy but nope couldn't much of a difference at all but then I drown them in ketchup anyway.

My youngest son made soft tacos for my oldest grandson's birthday, all were invited and his aunt made vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and rainbow colored sprinkles, his favorite.
