Big congrats on buying new home. I thought I had found the perfect one myself. A rural medium-size nice home on 8 acres. Found out last night the acres are spread out up the road and across the highway. I cancelled my appointment to meet my realtor there at 10:00 a.m. today. It would have been a waste of time.
