it was not on the Plan for today...but, it works out just fine as I am already making a post office run in the morning and I will easily add this box to the others I am sending along their way(s) and, since we are having a moment of No! Rain! the stroll down to the store will be much more enjoyable than it was yesterday... oh la de dah |
im thinking ill head up to vegas or across to laughlin to the casinos see if i can pick up a few extra bucks to put into my project truck.. lol i keep finding stuff that really should be replaced.. by the time im done i might as well have bought a new one.. wouldnt be the same though.

I slept good today, gearing up for my three in a row, then the big move. Then got called off work AGAIN at 5pm. Don't get me wrong, I love it. But I got called off yesterday from a day shift I was picking up. So I really shouldn't have been the one called off again tonight. For once day shift and night shift not communicating worked for me.

I made a beet, radish, walnut and blue cheese salad-like dish...
it's in the fridge so all the flavors can 'marry'...I love how it's trendy to talk about 'flavors marrying'...it seems such a full of itself expression...I get it, of course, still makes me laugh I finished the task I set for myself and am relieved and pissed at myself that I made it such a big deal, when it wasn't a big deal, I just didn't want to do it... I can't walk in my livingroom...I took out tons of stuff from the closet to get to some bags which I thought the lady from the store would like, she did like them...now I have to put stuff back in and make the room look, and function, as thought an adult human being lives here... this was boring, I do realize...it was 'random' so I guess it fits! |

Ethel ~ the bigheaded ol' ferral tomcat I feed ~ is warming up to me. In the mornings, I find him sleeping on top of my recycle bin. He now lets me scratch his ears and pet him and we have wonderful conversations. Soon, he will find himself in a carrier, on his way to my low~cost clinic for the little snip~snip so there won't be any little Ethels runnin' around....He's gonna hate me, isn't he?

its really a drag when your playing black jack and winning then a hetro couple sits down one on each side of me starts tossing little commints like "wonder what a threesome would be like.. or we have never had a butch 3rd person" they were talking to each other but made sure i knew what was going on... how freaking uncomfertable.. i hit a 18 with the dealer showing 16 then excused myself from the table.. actually changed casinos for a bit to make sure they wernt folllowing me. freaking people!

My cat, Maxwell, has just moved from laying across my mouse arm to sniffing the power tools...I'm not sure what this means.

My sunday spent at the lake turned into some burnt shoulders :/ One of the guys at work said put a little apple cyder vineger on it and it will take out the sting and make it tan.
Whaddya know it worked! Well the sting's gone, now I just have to wait for the tan :) |
