Ok I assigned all twinchies based on my short, non scientific poll and what I know about everyone else. The recipient's name is written on the back of each twinchie. They are packaged up and ready to go. They probably won't go in the mail tomorrow because we're having a snow storm. I'll keep you posted when they go out.

There was only one dog, but I did try to send you the most "butch" of the twinchies, which was difficult because they are all pretty frilly and glitzy. Lol.

Update: I am not walking the twinchies to the post office until we stop having sub zero weather with wind chill. Hopefully that will happen before they're due. :|

I'll have everything mailed out by ... Saturday, Feb 10th

Postage/Packaging: Please include 5$ with your project for my mailing costs. Do NOT send me a package that requires signature upon delivery.

Wrangler Quirks: Please don't send me anything from a smoking home, perfumy, or with glitter.

Misc: If you want your twinchies (e.g. one or more are unique) to go to a specific person, please be sure to write the name of that person on the paper/plastic in which you've wrapped your twinchies. e.g: "Send to .... "

Today I was to receive some critical crafty bits from Etsy. Well... I received the wrong package! I got someone else's crafty bits! :blink: Good thing we have such a long lead time!

Having some drama myself. The stamps I ordered arrived and they are awful, awful - just horrible! So there goes that plan.

It's hard to buy something sight unseen... rolling the dice n all!

I did some painting for twinchies and used the wrong paint on the wrong base, and it came out a sticky mess so I threw it all out and started over. Now I'm feeling back on track! I love how these projects get us to learn through experimentation... except in the moment when I'm ready to scream!

I'm pretty committed to the direction I've chosen. The "background" is already set and I've got pieces prepared for the foreground. It's the midground... if there is such a word that got hosed by Etsy... but only temporarily. I hope!

Oh yes... these projects are def a learning experience for me! :blink: Fun yes... but also very instructive!

It was finally warm enough to send out my twinchies. I bundled up for my walk to the post office. As soon as I walked out the door it started snowing!! But I persevered. The package should arrive Thursday.

My twinchies are done. I had lots of fun doing them. Now the big quest is mailing them.

Wow, this has been crazy but lots of fun. It's weird because this is the simplest project ever, with plenty of lead time, but it's taking me so long. Some of it is mail order drama but the main difficulty has been size. I can't find my good glasses, remember where I put them, and my hands are all trembling from a recent med change. I feel like a kindergartner trying to color within the lines.

Today is assembly day! I have all my crafty bits ... and it's the weekend... so it's time to put everything together! :praying:

Funny! I dont have it quite so bad. I've got three feline teenagers! I usually wait till they decide it's nap time. They get tired of watching the birds outside and everyone goes to their preferred napping spot. At that time I might get some shite done! :p

Yeah that must be bad. I've been having trouble with just one teenager. But he is sooooooo curious about whatever I'm doing. He actually jumped directly onto a painting I was working on yesterday and got blue footprints everywhere and it was hard to correct.

I don't envy you!
