Last night I had stuffed avocado with poke. I had the last half for lunch today.
Tonight, lets see what I have...last of the potato salad. I made a quinoa salad with cucumber, red onion and cut off corn from the cob, topped off with feta and balsamic dressing. Lemonade vodka seltzer, with lots of lemon slices. |
Last night I sautéed some kale and added in black beans, chopped cilantro, lemon juice, and some tamari. That over some basmati rice. It was delicious.

Last night was fruit salad and goat cheese on crackers. Too hot for anything else.

- 1/4 cup of butterbeans
- a piece of broccoli cornbread I have some sort of fungal infection in my mouth that makes eating painful. Going to the doctor tomorrow morning. |
Dinner on the rooftop with Best butch. Mexican food and coconut margaritas.
We got to catch up and relax. Good time!! |
