High: my retina was saved by the eye surgeon who did surgery on my eye, two weeks ago. Today was my post-surgery checkup. Super grateful he saved my eye. :praying:


High: my primary doctor upped my diabetes meds because I’m insulin resistant and my new meds help end the buzzing feelings I felt in my legs and arms. I’m getting better now, thank heavens. :praying:


Low: the insane levels of cruelty by particular people in our American society. May the same level of cruelty be met with an overwhelming dose of karma so our society is rid of this toxic brand of hate and greed by the bad actors hurting people in our country and abroad. :vigil:

High: yesterday a small package delivery made it to my home. I ordered a beautiful “Safari Busy Book” for my granddaughter. She loves giraffes 🦒 🦒. It was hand made in Australia and it’s awesome. :stillheart:

Low:. my baseball team lost to the Bluejays in Toronto, but our catcher broke many baseball records this year. Cal Raleigh had 65 homers. 🔱🔱🔱

High: I’m crocheting a beautiful hand bag for myself. :)

High and low for Today
 

It was my brothers birthday today and we talked for an hour. It is so nice to see him happy. I have gifts here for him but he can get them when he comes into town. Low... His daughter did not visit him today and that sucks. Anyway it is nice to keep in touch.

High:. In approximately 355 days (or so) we get to vote out people who intentionally force us to live with cruel GOP policy, and replace them with people who truly care about us. *tick tock*.


High: 32nd US President Franklin D Roosevelt, 33rd US President Harry S. Truman and 44th US President Barack H. Obama. All US Presidents who are Democrats. :)

Low: that our country is under siege by foreign countries that are traditionally known as mortal enemies of our state; and the millions of voters, who apparently possess the same thinking functions of the sex predator / con artist currently occupying the highest office in our country. This is why scientists and practitioners of any known field of business or medicine are necessary in a functioning Democratic society. There is a valid and very real reason the US is on the human rights watch list. DJT pardoning people responsible for helping him with his 2020 coupe de tat. DJT is literally burning everybody at the stake <<<— his own personal witch hunt against a society who sees exactly who he is and is desperately in need of very real standards of accountability. Anybody who has suffered sexual assault or been trapped in a narcissistic relationship sees this person as the abuser that they are. And we are traumatized by this every single day.

Just ask Epstein survivors or ladies like me.

Just got an email from Brother which always makes me happy. In the third day of the flu and very unhappy, stiff and sore, hurting all over. Finally lost my appetite. Soup is good lol.
