I have one thing to look forward to next week. I get my annual package sent to me from my best friend in NJ. Hoagies! You made me think of NJ so had to post that :) Cant get a hoagie or decent one in Oklahoma...I miss the east coast

They call them subs or sandwiches I suppose here. Oklahoma is more known or apt to have BBQ places or catfish joints not Mom and Pop sub places. I remember in NJ each town had at least 2 Mom and Pop hoagie places and people always argued which one was better. Here its just the chain types like Quiznos and Subway(which I have been boycotting for awhile).
When I was a kid growing up in NH my Mother called them grinders...I have slipped and said this here and well..lets just say its another reason for them to say.....ahhh yes thought you were a Yankee lol

I guess its just what one is used to or grows up with I guess. Plus my its an annual tradition in around my Birthday/start of football season and I love the fall. Overall just a good feeling...a nice package in the mail.

I'm sure there are subs just as good elsewhere but to me nothing beat them :)

ok i new it went to dentist and now have 4 more apts. to the tune of lots of $$, but at least my teeth will be all purdy again when the are done.

I'm running around like a chicken with it's head cut off!! I have my first voice lesson today, then I have to get all fancy because i'm playing a jazz band gig at a black tie fundraiser, and after that I"m going to another fundraiser at a dance party. HOLY CROW.

I think I'm going to be living on coffee and 5 hour energy shots today.

Ok,every one move over so I can pull up a chair. Hey,how is everyone? I wasn't getting notices from here so I didn't think things was still going on here. I've been sick and in need of a kidney. My kidneys are only working about 24% they have diped down as far as 14 % and at 10% they will not substane life. I need a trans plant. The funny part is every budy seems to think you have to be dead in order to be a doner,but you don't. Only has to have same blood typ I have. I don't know my typ yet. I have a lot of testing to be done,to see if my heart and lungs will take the surgery. Also,if I have a live doner,that might be a plus when,it comes to my health Ins to pay for it. If not then,I can't have the surgery. I have emailed Kidney foundasion and they tell me to email this othere place,I do and they tell me to email this place. I hate getting the run around when it comes to my life.
Any ways I'm glad this room is still open.I wanted to stop by and say hello and wish all well. blueeyes226_l
