i dunno about the invite, but, the bed of 8,652 pillows would not of been available. although, you was really missed every time i walked by the thermostat :)

just a lil update. 10 hrs at the ER and i came away with ointment for an eye infection. i appreciate the valiant efforts of the eye swat team on saturday. wet is good and ice is my friend. with luck, this shit will be cleared up soon. i'm tired of the challenge of 1 eye driving.

durrrrrrr....we need to figure out a weekend to go riding. looking forward to that.

dr. kat...thanks for the suggestion and yay for the swimsuit.

oiler...thanks for the wetness. wet is a good thing and is way better than ground up glass.

everyone else...nice to (kinda) see you again.

Hell of a storm that blew threw here. Our neighbor two doors down had (operative word) a tree in their front yard and the wind just twisted it to pieces. We went down and helped sweep the leaves off the driveway and drag a few large branches to the pile (the ones we could move by hand; the rest dragged by a truck) as said neighbor was cutting them off what was left of the tree with a chain saw. Now they need a stump grinder. Sucks to see a tree that size come down.

perhaps they could find someone to do a sculpture out of what's left? if it didn't kill the root system, they could have a really cool chia pet in the yard in a year or so.

Hell, I figured there would be a lot of interest in that Zombie Race because people are often invited to be Zombies along the race course, chasing the participants and trying to take their "health"

The race sounds like a great deal of fun! I think it is that it is so far away that garnered no response. :D Or it got missed in all the stormy excitement. I'm up for a party!
