This morning at 7:00, I met my best butch bud at IHOP ...
I ordered half of page 2 and all of page 3 ... She is in recovery too, in fact, she is the Director of a drug rehab clinic. We had a two person meeting during breakfast. It was fun, she is very upbeat with a great sense of humor, no drama, doesn't make up lies to arrange false truths to suit her or protect her ego. My kind of buddy - keeps it real and down to earth. :) Valuable person in my life! |
nothing yet, as I am getting some fasting blood work done.
but, soon, I'll be enjoying some oatmeal w/ apple sauce. :) |
After posting in this thread for a while I have noticed that I really only have one of three choices for breakfast a granola bar, a bagel or toast. Maybe I need to add to my breakfast choices particularly after reading what everyone else is having. Today was a granola bar.

a brekky burrito made wit' spicy chorizo, scrambled eggs and cheese... topped wit' a dollop o' lite sour cream and some tabasco. bowl o' grapes on da side.

I ate some type of dimsum fast food that included a sweetened pork-stuffed steamed bun, shrimp dumplings, steamed cabbage, and lemon tea. Rather quite delicious but a bit on the 'heavy' side. I would have preferred my toast with marmalade and hot tea with milk but I ran out of time so I had to pick something up at the bus station! lolol

i absolutely love scrambled eggs. i love to cook them. so i had a couple egg burritos for breakfast. i could have had an egg sandwich or biscuit and egg and been just as happy.
