i was just in a customer service chat with a rep named "Leonardo" and i resisted the temptation to sign off with "Thanks Leonardo, you're a pretty good turtle"

it would not have been original, although i would have been amused by imagining his expression when i ended on a joke after having been a gigantic bitch for the entire preceding half hour

took down the Christmas decorations, including stuffing that darn tree into bags light enough to get them up in the rafters (I hope).

I updated an article that was about to be published with old information(!), I did a bunch of research on legislators we're going to meet, and I finally finished the fact sheet we're using for our lobbying day in Albany. I picked out my clothes, too. Inspired by Nancy Pelosi, I made sure to find just the right pins for my lapel.

Annnnd... every time I felt myself getting too hunched over the keyboard I did a round of phys therapy exercises. Whew!

This will be my first Albany lobbying day and I'm a little nervous.

Cooked bacon
Folded towels
Grocery store
Made veggie beef soup
Made chicken and dumplins
Washed dried folded 2 loads of clothes
Washed dishes again

Damn Ima have to go to work to rest

Turned in our recycling.
Cleaned and organized the fridge/freezer.
Packed Daddy's lunch.
Washed and folded 4 loads of laundry.
Went grocery shopping.
Cooked lunch/dinner and meal prepped.
Cleaned the kitchen 3 times.
Cleaned the litter box and fed the fur baby.
Whew ready to kick back with a book.

It was payday so a trip to the bank, post office, grocery store, etc etc!

PLUS it being such a beautiful warm sunny day here with temps in the 60's and with flowers in bloom just about everywhere I did indeed hand out compliments to every woman I passed..

Left the house early afternoon to do a few errands and some grocery shopping for the stuff I forgot to get the other day. Stopped at Five Guys to grab some grub to eat on the run and then a final stop at Walmart.

By the time we got home it was going on 8 p.m. Sat in my comfy chair and went thru the day's mail while Mary unpacked and put away all the stuff. At some point I fell asleep and now here I sit at 3 a.m Sunday morning bright eyed and bushy tailed.....

It was yesterday.......
 

I had an appointment in Tacoma. Lets just say the "doctor" I saw was less than professional and me and Mary came away scratching our heads..:seeingstars:
