Yes Truffles are a very expensive high end mushroom. I have had them once when I lived in Scotland. They are very very good but I'm not paying that much for any kind of fungas..LOL

Now that made me almost shoot coffee outta my nose! I won't eat bleu cheese either, mold, ewwww!

Now I love bleu cheese and British Stilton. It's wonderful with a good port wine.

ok soup is all put together in the crock pot.... in a couple hours or more... we will have Chicken Soup... :) its whats on the menu this evening

I has to be a port wine. Regular ole wine just isn't the same. The british stilton with apricot or blueberries is wonderful on a savory cracker.
