Rain...
It's nature's way of clensing and offering newness and clarity. I enjoy walking in it when I have no destination, no time constraint, no responsabilities. The sounds rain makes are relaxing and meditative and allow me to find my inner peace. I look skyward and allow it to wash over my face and I smile... :) |

*yummmm... licks whipped cream from lips* This yummy homemade cafe mocha frappe with smooth vanilla frozen yogurt...the coffee being special, freshly ground "heavenly delight" that is intoxicating. I think I've mastered the recipe :cheesy:
my new job... and LOVE my new private, executive office. ... I enjoy the sense of pride and sense of accomplishment that my new job gives me. I enjoy the possibilities that this career move holds. Today, I enjoyed getting fresh veggies from my favorite farmer's market. I enjoyed coming home to my puppies last night...and getting some "Momma Time" with my two love-bugs. They couldn't have been more sweet. I enjoy my farmhouse with such expansive, peaceful space and the sense of "It's Mine" that I get every time I drive up the lane. I enjoy connections and friendships with those that are important to me and who "get me". I enjoy the intimacy of such a connection when I feel that they "get me". |

Laughing ourselves silly over goofy things... Talking, talking, talking about anything and everything...these conversations only bring us closer and strengthen the bond between us... Sketching while we talk and hys reaction when hy sees the final outcome... Watching those sapphire blue eyes light up... Making plans... Cups of coffee that last oh....13 or so hours... |

Writing with fountain pens. In the past couple of days I have been gifted a rather lovely, rather old, Papermate fp with a F nib that writes like a dream - Papermate don't make fps anymore. Today I managed to pick up a Lamy Nexx (pink) for less than I can get it on the internet, with a M nib. Although the nib is too thick for my preference it is easily changed for a F or EF. I shall also purchase the converter for it so that I can used bottled inks too. I've missed writing with fps so much.

- hobbies, down-time, pampering myself and friendships & family..it's been lonely and quiet when i wouldn't allow myself any of those - and feels good getting my life back one step at a time.. - deep conversations with Him, spending time with Him, Our love, period.♥♥♥ - the being i am, today & everyday..rediscovering 'me' , taking chances, making life decisions and having the courage to.. - being outdoors, quiet time in thought, fresh air, the sounds of nature - plans to try new things, golf, photography class, Shambhala meditation group, marathon, LPN course... - plans to try things i haven't done in ages.. calligraphy, crafts, scrapbooking, graphics, painting on canvas, poetry. taking my life back, having hope, setting goals and taking steps are pretty damn enjoyable.. *smiles* |

I enjoy going out to dinner with my BFF.. Not to really eat but just to talk and laugh and have a great time. Brings happiness to my heart to be with her. :bunchflowers:

I going to enjoy the seafood gumbo I'm prepping for today, making the rue, cutting up veggies, for a double batch. Can't wait to sample some of that. It's great to live on the Gulf Coast and have an abundance of seafood.:chef2:

So many things that I enjoy....
that first hug from a friend that you haven't seen in a long time laughter that comes from the soul when surrounded by friends telling stories that you've shared 100 times :) lunch dates with my mom still calling my dad "Popsicle" after all these years that side smile my boo gives me when she's being a smart ass ;) our home that is truly my sanctuary from the rest of the world sippin' a margarita on an outdoor patio in the middle of the day firing up the bbq pit and cooking up a big ol' feast with friends (making sure they all bring their specialty side dishes that I request ;) |
Spring and the leaves appearing on the trees.
Wandering in the woods. Spending the day at the beach with fruit and cheese and a book. The first cup of tea in the morning. Waking up and being grateful, every day. Realizing everything's okay and there is nothing for me to fix. |

I enjoy looking around and seeing people happy, even if I do not know them. The world projects such doom and despair that I love the moments when I see a complete stranger smiling, hear a child's wonderful belly laugh or see an elderly couple helping holding hands.
