a 3 hour non-profit meeting that was actually (mostly) painless and during which a lot got accomplished! and it was relaxed and energizing. those don't happen very often (like, ever).

Waking up puts a smile on my face every day but knowing that I am in someone's thoughts and that I am appreciated keeps me "Cheesing" all day! :bucktooth:

I got a super sweet text just as I was waking up, and it made me a bajillion times happier to face my day, when just seconds before I was grumbling about having to get out of bed. That kind of stuff never happens to me, so I have been :)ing all morning!

A car full of high school girls waving and trying to get my attention at a light. Haha when I passed by them as they were turning into the school parking lot one of them blew me a kiss. Roflmao. You know they would just cringe if they knew I was a gay butch and if they knew how old I was. Lol its still kinda cute and fun. They made my day.

Ok, now that I am not sidetracked by great posts...
Lots of smiles today! I get off at 2, get the furniture delivered at 4 then I get Riley time at some point tonight. I just hope the furniture is in place (they are assembling it on-site) when he gets there. Otherwise, the place will be in disarray and I will be in need of a shower.

A delightful thing called bubble bread ... I suppose the restaurant calls it that because it arrives at the table, toasted and bubbling with three kinds of cheese that I can't pronounce ... whatever the reason, it makes me smile every time. :drool:

I was very surprised with a parcel from a friend. Hy sent a diabetic cook book, which was so very thoughtful. Hys rationale, "I am sick of you complaining about plain chicken". lol Yup, butches think differently than femmes.
