I felt pretty off today too....... I came home from work and took a 4 hour nap, then woke up with crazy food cravings and feeling rather irritated and yucky.:|

10 hours post op. I slept most of the day and my throat/airway is very Sore from the tube, along with the incision site. BUT I feel better than I thought I would and everything went well. So I'd say I'm feeling happy.

My big boy kitty, Mortgage is sitting at my feet. 36 hours ago, we were rushing him off to the emergency vet. Diabetic complications, along with me almost poisoning him. I'm glad he is home tonight. He had me quite worried. It's the sound of purring that makes me smile tonight.

Oh, yeah, that was a Sunday emergency trip. Triage and please sign here.... $$$

Interesting so many are posting about being out of sorts today. I had no less than 5 staff members call out at work this morning (fairly rare) and 2 others flat out told me they felt stressed and moody. I was also trying to limit contact today and kept turning over in my mind the quote, "Only speak if what you have to say is more beautiful than silence."

I feel better today but the rain is making my joints ache terrible!!! Plus woke up with a bad headache from all the carbs I ate yesterday after doing keto for a good stretch. :seeingstars:
