At first I was confused (in school), and then (once I learned about the Sugar Cubes), I was flattered. I find her very pretty and exotic, not only in looks, but her way of thinking. She's definitely a free spirit! Plus, it gave me an in with kids that most couldn't talk to and I like that exclusivity too. Now that I don't look as much like her, it almost feels as if I've lost part of what made me special. *shrug* Juvenile, but true. I see your energies as being similar, yes. *smile* |
ME............cuz I need the money
|
I've been told numerous times that I look like kd lang, but I'd like Nickolas Cage or George Clooney to play my personality.
|
I think I would want Matthew McConaughey to play me. A good southern boy, real southern accent. Not that I look like him..........
|
Kate Hepburn
She doesn't look like me in the slightest but I adore her and it is my movie so I get to pick! ;P Queen Latifah again doesn't look like me (well we both have big boobs) but I love her bearing and she would do justice to the dark gritty parts of my life. |

Hillary Swank :) She was excellent in Boys Dont Cry .

Ewan McGregor, especially the Moulin Rouge Ewan
|
Leisha Hailey

Been told...

My first thought is Charles Bronson. I believe it is his haggard-looking, hard-living, weather beaten face. That is what I see when I look in the mirror. Hard living in the fast lane and many a bar during the 70s and some of the 80s gifted me the "very old look." Plus, I will be 54 years old next month.
I love all of Bronson's Death Wish type movies. Hard action does it for me. Plus, they seem to de-stress me. I am usually worn out and peaceful in a good way after I watch one of these. I am not wild about comedy movies although there are exceptions. I am non-negotiable with those sweety-pie so predictable romance movies. No exceptions. Ugh! I would sooner die than suffer through a romantic flick. Psychotic thrillers like The Silence of the Lambs, Seven, etc., are excellent and will always intrigue me. Hey bigbutchmistie, yes ... Hillary Swank was great in Boys Don't Cry - extremely convincing! (By the way, I did not catalog Boys Don't Cry under "Romantic." ... just saying.) |
Emmanuel Lewis :|

That person ain't born yet .. my roomate says Bette Davis ...:|:annoyed:
|
If she could be resurrected, Grace Kelly, my all time fav.
However, in reality probably Goldie Hawn, cause my life would be more like a "Private Benjamin" sequel, without the army part. |

Harry Houdini
|
Parker posey! |
Nancy McKeon (Jo) from the Facts of Life...
|
My 14 year-old self has been reincarnated as Elly Jackson from La Roux. Including the glasses.

Jodie Foster and Jean Claude Van Damme's love child
|
Tommy Lee Jones or Cuba Gooding Jr
|
Audrey Hepburn as "Holly" in Breakfast at Tiffany's -
Her character in the movie: scenes where she's at that huge party or playing her guitar, while she's sitting in the open balcony window of her apartment and singing "Moon River" (and many other scenes in the film) seems to be a fair depiction of how I view myself in some cases as it pertains to my life. I've always liked this movie! |
Indie Queen -- Catherine Keener. Even has my first name.
|
Ron White = blue collar comedy.. look alike/talk alike
|
Seth Rogen in reality and Daniel Craig or Pierce Brosnan in mah dreams. :)
|
william conrad...
or.... maybe joe pesci... |
oh oh! Natalie Portman - little AND vegan, too!
Or Fay Wray, before she both bleached her hair and well, died. xosqueak |
Terrence Aloysius "Slip" Mahoney
|
Téa Leoni. Right combination of goof and klutz. Perfectly cool in her uncoolness. Interestingly, yesterday, someone told me it should be Tina Fey playing me, but I'm still picking Téa. (Mostly because I think her husband is insanely hot. I'm shallow that way.)
|
Im thinking for my younger years, it would be a preadolescent Jodie Foster; for the teenage years, it would be Mindy Cohen, Natalie from Facts of Life; for my stellar adult moments it would be Candance Bergen as Murphy Brown; for my not so stellar adult moments it would be Rosann Barr a naturale.
Stick them in a blender and I think it coagulates into Bea Arthur! |
