Tzimmes! Yum! I am a wandering Jew this year. We are visiting a dear old friend on the coast. This is the first time in many years I have not been in synagogue. We will be at the Russian River tomorrow afternoon and do our own version of Tashlich.
May all of you have a sweet new year! |

Chag Hanukkah Sameach!
Happy Hanukkah everyone! We lit the first candles tonight. Tomorrow, as I am sure you have heard, is Thanksgivukkah! Won't happen again for maybe 80,000 years. It is a popular Jewish lament "oh the holidays are so early/late this year". I have enjoyed the Tevye the Thanksgivukkah turkey posts on FB! May your holiday be filled with light and love!

I thought this was a very fun article with a great gay friendly historic message!!!

I hope everyone here got through the High Holiday season okay.
I was born jewish, but don't practice so much. However I do have my favorite holidays! Purim and Pesach are my two favorites. Deborah |

What I think you're saying is that you enjoy participating in the Sedars. Now, they ARE enjoyable. My favorites are the High Holy Days. |
