I have been moving at at, what feels like, a dead run for about a month. Traveling with my job, my honey lamb's dad in the hospital then in a rehab facility, classes to teach, people to deal with.
Today I had nowhere to be and nothing I had to do. Got up at 5 AM, let the dog out, made hot cocoa then went back to bed with the dog and read until I fell back to sleep (about 15 min) then got up and watched a movie, then went back to reading in the big comfy chair. Made ham and cheese roll ups for lunch then went back to reading/dozing. I think I may be feeling human again |

It's Sunday morning and our house is full of the wonderful smell of a breakfast casserole cooking in the oven. I can hardly wait to dig in. Lazy morning then it's off to the theatre so see "The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told". Happy laid back Sunday! Peace |
A yummy breakfast of toast, eggs, bacon and oj has been had and we're winding down our online time for some serious cuddle time on the couch watching a couple of movies. Good times.

Today is a very LAZY sunday. We got snow yesterday and over nite.
Today Ill be watching movies and doing very little of anything. Had my breakfast and cuddling with the BUD and surfing the web. |
…so far have enjoyed a couple of lattes with [ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005BG7MK4/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1"]this[/ame] new machine (highly recommend!) while gazing at the snow covered park and river and chatting with MBD.

Finally a delicious breakfast at the neighbors. Now snuggly nap-time before going out and using a snowblower for the only time in my life. Life is so very good. |
It's a dreary and blustery day. Nothing absolutely needs to be done. So, it is a leisurely morning of breakfast in bed, sharing the NYT's, and good conversation. |

It's red sweater day with leggings and cute boots. Half the battle of seeing holiday shoppers today, will be they want the outfit I'm wearing. $$$ After work, I'm taking my staff to dinner, to eat and be Merry. Yes, there might or might not be jokes made about holiday customers! Some of the best humor is seen from behind the counter! Everyone enjoy this Sunday before Christmas. I can imagine a few of you will have to deal with winter storm Gemini. Stay warm. |

What a wonderful lie-in it was today. I love the decadence of staying in bed until lunch-time on a Sunday. It was sweet to 'speak' (type) with a lovely gal too. A real bonus to my Sunday brunch.

This morning is dark,cloudy and dreary a typical winter day plus it has gone from 70* to 44* over night.So breakfast has been had ,lots of dark roast french market coffee has been consumed with eggs,bacon with toast.I am not doing much today cause I feel a nasty cold coming on hopefully I can either delay it or keep it some what easy to live with cause of the up coming holiday.Take care all .

Listening to an audiobook while the washer does it's third load of laundry. Wrapping the last of the Christmas gifts. Chicken for enchiladas simmering away on the stove. My favorite Nirvana incense going. Salt lamps glowing. Dogs snoring. Jackhammer is at work and I am burning rubber across the day! Getting so much done and going to call one of my girls later tonight for a catch-up chat! Happy Holidays to all!! |

I am tying up "loose ends" as my honey comes home this evening (hoping those delayed flights don't keep her delayed too late!!). BUT no matter what time, I will be at airport to pick her up!! The tree is on, himalayan salt lamp glowing with precious energizing ions!!! Watching some football in between laundry, dusting, and picking up house. An awesome, laid back Sunday..just the way I like them! Sending merriest of holiday wishes to each and every one of you!!! This year is a wonderful one for me....first in 4 years!! Just the mister, myself and the pup snuggled in bed late, then it was turkey sausage, banana bread and fresh Cara Cara oranges for breakfast. We caught up on American Horror Story and I introduced him to Bones and The Help.
It got more windy as the day progressed but not much, if any, of the anticipated rain. The snow's nearly melted off and it will not be a white Christmas here. I'm kind of torn as to whether that's good or not. |
Today's Sunday Morning Overeasy was delayed do to forgetting what day of the week it was. Red and I have been ill since Christmas Eve and it has sucked! Hope everyone has had a wonderful Holiday.

Red and I are still not feeling 100%. I managed to cook kale and eggs for lunch and Red is making some home made chicken noodle soup. She goes back to school tomorrow at full speed. Needing another week for full recovery.

away until next year. I hate putting away Christmas because it seems so dull after all the lovely colours. So I made cinnamon rolls to make the transition easier. |

I had to go into work briefly this morning and made an egg with a tiny egg pan which was new and fun. I caught up with some L&O: CI episodes and left in the afternoon for errands, then came home for lunch and chores.

Breakfast on the patio, then new orange chicken recipe into the crockpot.
Coffee sipped while watching the birds at the feeders in our citrus trees, thinking of tuesday when I'll harvest the blood oranges (moro) for the season. Soon off to shower before heading with my wife to the Dinosar Museum and a ride through the country. Our daughter is gone until tomorrow, so we're enjoying the us time on this lazy Sunday.:wine: |

Woke up the first time way too early... my internal work week alarm clock is a pain in the ass... Fell softly back to sleep with the ocean's constant lull (sometimes roar) in the background.
The second waking was a smidge more appropriate for a day off and making coffee was a little easier. Doing a few piddly things then heading out for some sun and adventuring. I was told of an awesome place that is way off the tourist route and only accessible by 4X4. A protected area so no fishing, which is great for snorkeling! I am not sure exactly how long the drive is, and as I am getting a bit of a later start than I perhaps should, it may have to be saved for full exploration for another day. I will head that way and see where the road takes me. Later, my now usual routine of dinner with the boys at a local gay bar ( the only official gay bar). The owner, a precious man who spends much more money/time/energy giving to the community than the community returns in kind, prepares an inexpensive meal on Sunday evenings and it is always worth the pittance he charges. It is also thus far the one semi-consistent way for me to at least see other queer folk. Early in the evening, so not a great deal of drinking which makes for more opportunity for conversation. Red and I just got home from a weekend at our friends wonderful cabin on Lake Texoma. We go down twice a year with just women and have a great time. The weather was excellent and drinking nice hot coffee watching the sun come up was great. Hoping everyone had a nice and over easy Sunday!
