Great day at work! Always a good day when you can make your sales gosl💰💰💰
I transported over $13,000 worth of merchandise in my little "soul". Turned out to be not so little yesterday. Told my boss, I was stopping at the flea market, lol |
I had a really good day. I am hoping for more good news tomorrow, so I am keeping the fingers crossed. Things are moving along as I had hoped for 2015. Slow and steady like a turtle, just the way I like it. :)

My day got a whole lot better when I found out I was getting paid for the storm day and that I get tomorrow off or else I'll be over hours.

Did you ever have one of those days where you just feel like maybe you should not have come out of your shell? (see turtle reference in my :) post above). Yep, today was that day for me. I think I am going to go back inside mine now, and like the ground hog in PA, I will come back out in the Spring.

I love my day! no work, and, wait for it, wait for it, it's a paid day off!
I got up early for a road trip, and passed 2 trains, went through 5 counties, and waved to 7 state troopers. Strange, I still want to call them, CHP's. Met the cowboy for a quickie. Lunch that is, ha ha. I'm making dinner for him, stuffed bell peppers. One of every color. It's so pretty! I belive there will be conversation around the fire, along with some consuming of of adult drinks. And he is home now..bye.. |
A lot of job security to be had today. Back at it again tomorrow.

I didn't get enough sleep last night so I started out my day a little groggy. A friend made me laugh, which I needed... you know who you are.. I worked and today was a tough day.. difficult problems needed solving and some people needed to be ignored but that's just not possible. After work, I tooled around a little online, took a nap, ate dinner and here I am. The rest of the night will be spent listening to music. Tomorrow.. back to work.

I was required to take the day off due to being over in hours but, for a day off, I sure spent a lot of time on the phone with my coworker and with staff at the home office. A lack of communication made an awkward situation worse and I'm still sore as heck from the past couple of days. My plower, who was wonderful last year, has been difficult to deal with the past couple of days and has refused to put sand down once and gave my coworker gruff when I told her to have them come out again today. Frustrating!

Snow-blowing to start the day the to the mall and assorted errands. Came home ripped up the carpet in our upstairs hall now I have to sand them wax the hardwood. Went up to get the goose and took her for a hair cut and she wanted a eyebrow wax ... she is growing up to fast BUT I did score a wicked new tie cufflinks and tie tack the bastard Bard is gonna be styling and my hairdresser told me I look awesome

It was great! I worked... worked out.... went to the grocery store with a friend and shopped together, and now I am have my dogs snuggling with me! yay!

Yesterday was a busy work day....but I like busy :)
I have some wicked nice clients...Imma lucky gitl.. Also made time for a haircut...so I feel like a brand new girl... Looking forward to warm weather this weekend. I need to get my hike on! |
My day was incredible! Warm, sunny. Managed to get a haircut....finally! It had been 4 months! Far too long...lol. Enjoyed hotub moments with my honey!

so far so good...walked dog at 7 am thru abt 2 ft of snow ( he's a Frenchie so he was mostly invisible). He pooped; he peed; we went back upstairs.

Not my best day, for sure. I'm tired, sore, cranky, forgot my shoes and didn't remember until I was already at the gym, slid around in my car (always uncomfortable not being in control of a ton of car parts in motion), smashed my baby toe, had to go to my PT session stinky from the gym, had technical problems with an account, I'm mildly disappointed in my new Girl Scouts ice cream and the day is going by too fast.

So far not a bad day :sunglass: got up and took myself to the gym starting to see some results and that motivates me. Came home and used the Chicken stock I made Wed to make the best Chicken and Rice soup. Later it is off to watch my Kiddo in her schools talent show, she will be playing her trombone with a group of her friends and she is uber excited.

Started off a bit strange.. but has all come together. I decided not to look at the negative and focus on the positive. I think gratitude has alot to do with it. I have so many good things in my life. I have finished my bath and bed and now comes the fun.
I bought so many things at thrift stores, yard sales and the good will. I love to hunt for treasures. Now I get to unwrap the things I have stored to dress up my work.Gonna put on Stevie.. Songs in the Key of Life. Gonna be a great night. |
Today has been rushed from the get go. Early to work, work hard and fast, got stuck on the phone with an irate customer who really is sad and lonely and apparently has bed bugs, finished my errands outside of work, came back and covered for my employee's lunch, tidied up and left for a PT appointment. Once I got back, things slowed down and I'm comfy in my pajamas with Steven Harvey in the background now.

my day was pleasant enough. I volunteer at a Seniors' Community Centre. I think they are all younger than me.

Discovered last night that my new-to-me refrigerator was D.E.A.D, and had not held in any of the cold air. I had gone grocery shopping the day before so some of the groceries were ruined...lucky for me the majority of the food is fresh veggies so it's still good.
So how was my day today? Awesome! The fridge died on the 29th day of a 30 day warranty, so I went today and picked out another refrigerator which will be delivered tomorrow! :) |
tgif! there was smoke coming from my computer today i worked so hard...and after a busy day i like to come home and debrief (no that does not mean undress haha)....my daughter will be home soon and we can fix a meal together :)

My day at work, crappity crap crap! Glad to finially be home. I was reminded it is the end of a totally bad week. Oh yeah, it started 12am Monday morning. Looks like a few hours more to go...lol

It was good and then crappy and then not bad and then pretty good and then okay and now it's good.
I caught the last 2/3s of Bullworth. I haven't seen it before and it cracked me up. That helped bring the day around to a nice level of okie dokiness. |
Today was not to bad heck it is my day off so that is a good thing and I got to the gym and even got to talk to my Goose :cigar2:
