Well I would have had more if I didn't drop the veggies but I had spaghetti with meatballs, salad and chocolate cheesecake for dessert!!

A seafood platter with shrimp, crab and flounder with cole slaw and veggies. Rice pudding for dessert.

One of the girls I have been dating brought me by some homeade chicken enchilada casserole. :) Mmmmmmm heating up the leftovers now :)

One of my how can I make Tuna & Noodles more interesting? ...... Tuna & Noodles!! Threw in fresh garlic, onion, basil, jack cheeze, and red and yellow bell peppers and baked that puppy up!

Had a early supper at Cracker Barrel. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, fried okra, and apple pie. Washed it all down with iced tea!

I had a lovely Bastille Day brunch with a friend in my Francophone neighborhood (French ham and Brie on baguette with Dijon mustard and cornichons, and a green salad), I had tea with a homemade orange scone and quince preserves at 5 o'clock, and I am not hungry for dinner! it is too hot!
