I had Cinnabon flavored Cream of Wheat. Two packages. Skim milk. Ocean Spray Light Fruit and Veggie juice.
I think I may stick with this two package thing. My stomach didn't start growling at 11am, like normal. |

I had an egg white omelet w/ tomatoes, black olives, onions, spinach, feta cheese and grilled chicken.
Flax seed toast w/ acai preserves. Darjeeling tea. |
I had oatmeal, raisins and skim milk.

Tomorrow morning will be a fruit parfait thing I create in an old wine glass before I work out (yes! time to start!). I wake up early, so about 10:00 or so, I usually have a bowl of All-Bran. I feel best when I eat small, frequent meals.

Today was Cinnabon flavored Cream of Wheat, so tomorrow will probably be oatmeal with raisins and skim milk.

Chuckling...it's taken almost a year but she's learning what "stuff" and "thang" means and she is getting so good at it. Don't let her fool ya, she has started using these words to.
