Jake, please forgive me but I havent had time to do the project because of my kid's grad party. It was today..and its OVER. THANK GOD! We did have a great time but it was so much work! Now that its over, I am sitting myself down tomorrow and doing the project. Have you sent them out? Should I mail them seperately or send them to you? :insane:

Jake, I don't know if you saw my post last week, but when I realized that I was going to miss the deadline to mail them to you, I decided to mail them out to everyone individually. I am SO sorry that I was late! It's the first, and hopefully last, time I've completely missed the deadline.

I have them packaged to go out, but due to some unexpected home repairs, I am OUT of money until I get paid Friday, so I'll get them out in the mail then.

Softness, could you PM your new address to me?

p.s. Jake - I included another "green" theme painting for you, since you didn't get yours in that round!

Gemmie - I got yours on Saturday and I LOVE it! How did you do the water??? It's fantastic and I'm terribly jealous that I didn't come up with it.

p.s. What type of glue did you use for the wood? I've tried five different types and I couldn't keep the bark that I wanted to use attached. I finally gave up and just painted it, but I had an idea that I think would have been great, if only I could make it work.

I wasn't able to concentrate on this project as much as I would have liked before now, but I have two days off and it's gonna be on like Donkey Kong now! :weightlifter:

So, nine projects on the theme of Addiction plus the usual suspects as far as parameters/restrictions and the ole five buckeroos too is what's on my to do list for my "weekend". :thumbsup:

Um, Jake? I received the package today, but it only contained one piece of work. I know I sent mine out individually, but (unless others did that too), I should have received one from everyone that participated in the round in the package.

Pure? Softness? Did you two send out yours individually?

Yes, I know you should have received one from everyone in the round. When I last communicated with Softness and purepisces they had not finished the project. Tommi's is the only one I received. I believe they are going to send them out individually. However, I will let them answer that for sure.

Ok, well I seriously considered pulling out of this round
cause, well, you see
I finished my project
just in time
to realize
that on every single one
I spelled
addiction wrong
can I die of embarrassment now?
but I realized
you all are a great bunch of people
and
you all will forgive my spelling error
so
adiction is incorrect
I know this
but apparently not well enough
to spell it right on my projects

Ami, yours will be the first I receive so I am very excited! Luckily this is not school- that's what I love about our projects, and we don't take off for spelling. No need for any embarrassment. I spell words wrong all the time! So happy that you trust us all enough not to drop out :)
