last night, picnic at a lake park, we picked up and had cuban sandwiches and some french fries and water to drink.
tonight she chose salmon so that's what I'll be cooking up probably with veggies. |

I'm trying out Princess' recipe for pulled chicken :) served on a honey wheat bun pasta salad (with bowtie pasta, cucumber, tomato & black olives with a fat free italian dressing) |

Nice and Light
I'm doing some grilled salmon filets w/a sweet Hawaiian marinade and fresh chunks of pineapple, mango, and papaya. Served with white asparagus and a baby spinach salad w/ citrus dressing.

3 boiled eggs, pot of cottage cheese with black pepper, gooseberry yogurt, apple, half a jar of pickled beetroot, one spring onion, some cucumber, pack of 12 x Quorn mini savoury eggs, one wholemeal roll, half a cantaloupe cut into chunks and a banana. Eaten over 4 hours.

Rooster just asked if there were any of yesterday's meatballs left....and, yes, there are.....so it's meatballs and penne....and fruit salad for dessert, all by request. :chef2:

Roast with garlic slivers, carrots, potatoes, and celery, with some onions..in a thick brown gravy and two of THOSE biscuits, with butter...yummmmmmm
Dessert later will be plain yogurt with honey and chopped dried fruits,....ty baby!!! smiles |

We had Mexican tonight. Shredded beef & cheese taquitos. Plus all the fixings (meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa) for tacos OR nachos, depending on your preference.
I had taquitos and deconstructed nachos. I am taking leftover lettuce & tomato for lunch tomorrow. I turned those two ingredients into one of my super yummy salads. :) :sparklyheart: |
Coming into this thread when I'm house-sitting, starving, and flat broke is just plain wrong! LOL.

with homemade pico & guacamole it's my job to pick up chips, salsa & queso from our favorite hole in the wall restaurant. Now, somebody better whip me up a pitcher of margaritas :) |

Last 3 wings from "Miss Jane's" and the last two awesome biscuits from same said place...yummm....cup of plain yogurt with dried, chopped fruits, and honey for dessert.....again...ty darling! YOU are soooo good to me, always making sure I have food to eat....I love you!!

I'm thinking of taking last nights leftovers and making tacos with them.
Not your conventional taco, but if I put it all in corn tortillas and eat them like tacos then that's what they are, right? |
