My daughter just showed me thing for Google. You look up Google Gravity and click on that and your Google picture falls apart and you can throw the parts around with your courser! It's so much fun!

My korean co-worker who's very, very neat and organized. I opened our rubber band drawer to find all the rubber bands bundled together and tied at the end with a single rubber band. I smiled.... then took a picture on my cell phone because I didn't think anyone would believe me! LOL

I have a really bad cold right now so I've been coughing like mad these past few days...so today I was eating the salad I brought for lunch when I felt that dreaded tickle at the back of my throat. I gag, choke, cough, and a piece of lettuce flies out of my nose. :blink: then I started laughing and lettuce fell out of my mouth. I'm a total mess.

My vacation plans are in order. My hotel room is booked. I will be on a beach in the sunshine state by midday Monday. Oh, and it's my first ever "loner" vacation (rather than with a significant other or family). This is a step towards getting over certain phobias as well as a chance to have time for myself. Ten hours to drive while singing along horribly to every cd I own, my ipod, and the radio. I'm super excited and kinda proud of myself as well. :)

- a damn good workout today
- walking into a step class at the Gym by myself, with my brave face on - i'm getting good at this! - belief in myself and working through some issues i'm having on my journey.. - Scrabble time with my Daddy, ♥ - the fact He trusts me so deeply, & confides in me, i'll never take that for granted..ever.. - positive thoughts, & meditation for His Mom helped - a long, hot shower for the sore muscles, & a little relaxation! - a lovely mild day, walking to & from the gym & enjoying the fresh air.. - starting my training to run today - marathon in August! - abstinence day #5! and lastly, one helluva lot of self confidence, more than i've ever imagined having, and seriously loving this beautiful journey i am on, more & more each day... i feel pretty amazing these days, hard lessons along the way but the growth is SO very worth it! |

The fact that tonight it's warm enough to sleep with the door open and the screen door hooked. Outside air flowing through the room as I sleep is a rarity in Texas in the short seasons between heater and air-conditioner. It reminds me of being a kid, when the windows were often open and the outside air flowed through the house. It felt like possibility and it felt like the world was home.

Knowing that in 24 hours, I am going to see someone in person who I am VERY fond of. I am going to be in heaven for the next couple of days that we spend together.

Getting the highest possible rating on my annual performance review at work today. :D My manager told me she'd like me to look into management classes, and start working more on ideas and strategy and less on the daily grind stuff.

Cooking dinner with the boi while the kiddo plays Pokémon. Logging in to see the wedding is in 92 days :seeingstars: Having the March 10-11 weekend off so I can go with the boi to NJ. Coincidentally, the last time I went was March 10-11 last year, and that was when hy proposed! We are making plans to go into Philly Saturday night of that week, to Sister's, and party it up :hangloose: |
Hearing another person talk about their friend and showing how much they care about them, by simply being there for them, always. True friendship in action is beautiful, and greatly admirable.
