I got home after working 12 hours and i wasn't hungry so i thought ok i'll not eat. Now it's 9:42 and i'm starving. Too late to really eat so i'm gonna have one piece of dry toast with peanut butter (i know if you put peanut butter on it, it's not dry....i just like to say dry toast ...it's fun)
anway.... :( |
late dinner
I'm having a late dinner since it's almost 9pm here. Bologna sandwich and about half a jar of pepperoncini peppers. I love peppers. And ice cold beer. Since I mowed 3 different lawns today I earned it!!!!! I might even have 2 beers. hahaha

Chicken breasts cut up and added to a garlic and butter rice mix with mushrooms and onions added in. Super yummy. |
A spinach salad w/ roasted chicken, red peppers, tomatoes, avocado, cheese and beets. Twas tasty.

I had a huge BBQ chicken sandwich for a late lunch, and then a salad later on. That might hold me all evening.

We kept it super simple tonight. A whole wheat wrap + light sour cream + lean turkey meat and taco seasoning = one yummy poor man's burrito. :tease:
