Bread with butter and cranberry orange marmalade. That's terrible, isn't it? But it tastes so good.

Breakfast was a stale-ish muffin and dishwater coffee from some corner store on my way to the dentist. And then the shower drain backed up.

the day started out with a protein shake (whey, mango, green super food)
about 2 hours later I had a egg with provolone on a slice of bread (open face egg sandwich) |

Organic brown egg with cracked black pepper, shredded cheese and smoked bacon bit. Fiber One muffin with yogurt butter and grape jelly. Bowl of mixed fruit: tangerine sections, blueberries and green seedless grapes. I wanted chocolate milk but it was bad so I went with low acid oj.
