waking up to a very kind text message from my cousin, who is more like my sister, saying that she loves me and she's glad we reconnected after being apart for years. it's like no time passed at all, we still act like 2 little kids having a ball :thumbsup:

1.my best friend got out of the hospital this morning after 6 days and he's very sore but recovering well. that was the longest we've been away from each other since first grade.
2. I got to spend quality time with the fam today and soak up some nice Indiana hoodie weather.
3. finishing up the first course of my degree program with an 89%.
4. spending time with Ryan, loving him more and more every day and knowing it's only gonna get better.

Spending the day with my beautiful wife at Dollywood! She does love the roller coasters! Tomorrow, Clingman's Dome and Roaring Fork Motor Trail! Wednesday, into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for some play time, and Thursday is Cades Cove! What a great week!

Spending the whole day with my dog!

Getting an email stating I am selected to move forward in the application process for one of the departments I applied for! Then I called to make the appointment, and the lady informs me she is going to work with me on pushing me thru faster bc she knows I want to relocate quick! Telling him the fantastic news and him being just as excited...and us both knowing its one step closer to being together for good!

I just received a call from the president of my company. He informed me that I was selected for an important and prestigous award from my company! Congradulated me and informed me that it was the first time anyone had been nominated by 2 seperate terminals . Mine and Kansas City. I'm completely bowled over . I don't even know what to say. I had no idea I was even nominated for anything. The fact that another terminal would think that highly of me, to nominated me for any award let alone this one, what do you say? I don't even know what to say. I'm thrilled ,grateful, overwhelmed, proud, surprised,and moved. Now I'm going to call my brothers (fellow coworkers) and tell them so they can deflate my big head, and plant my feet back in the red clay dirt. I love them for that!

That he took it upon himself to stop at horse boarding facilities while out running his errands..makes me feel so very loved that he is always thinking of me and Our future. Thank you honey :)
