Feeling... bleh! Have a sinus cold and body doesn't know if it'll feel better on couch veggitating with boob tube or asleep in bed. Sigh! :(

Bemused - I actualy met and got talking to another gay lass at a Steampunk do yesterday. Never happened before!
Mildly tense, but reasonably confident - we've a BIG plant ident test tomorrow, and I didn't get anything like as much time to revise for it as I'd hoped. And we'll have to ident from specimens, not the training pictures. And we're asked to give some facts about each plant if we can. But so long as I can identify 'em in the first place, I'm pretty sure I can get enough points to pass.

My youngest is visiting from the east and staying with us...its good to have both my girls under one roof again...

I feel all maternal; I made dinner and my honey made peanut butter brownies... We're definitely nesting ♡

A wee bit nervous....

Today I have a training for my new job.. I'll be meeting my new house manager and probably more of my co-workers. I'm wondering if I should bake something....

After that, I'm going to my former college to see about finishing my associates officially. I dove into my bachelor's studies without an official graduation. I think having a degree will help in both my career and in continuing my education. I'm applying to a really good school and just want my ducks all in a row....

That's four of us. I've woken up to one every morning for four days in a row. Curious thing, after waking they only lasted a few minutes to at most an hour? Anyhow better now and in good spirits. It just feels so great to finally wake up without a headache.

Good (if a little irritated by my shopping expedition earlier today). I did good on the big plant knowledge test yesterday, despite circumstances preventing me from swotting much for it, and I'm on top of my coursework, I believe. OITNB and The L Word are keeping me nicely entertained, and I'm looking forward to LFestive coming up really soon! If I could only find a nice new top to wear to it, though! :-}
