Lazing in bed. No plans. Kelly green leaves dancing in bright dappled sunshine, happy from getting their faces washed. The new white paint on the pergola and the eaves full of crystal teardrops telling of the morning rain. Wondering where the rainbow will be, but not caring enough to go chase it today. I took a sign language interpreter certification exam last November, and just got my results... NIC- Advanced! I know this doesn't mean anything to the non interpreter people but it is exciting... Now I have more letters to put behind my name!

My momma comin over and spending a good part of the day with us. Me and mom decorated some walls, rearranged pictures, moved stuff around and she watched while i cleaned out the pantry lol. We had a great time!!!

Good morning messages with coffee and realizing spring is here. In such a short time hy's managed to speak to my heart and find the spots of longing that I keep hidden. Just by being hymself and that is a huge smile.

Walking into the kindergarten class with a student teacher. All day long her first day on her own. Oh my, the kids were enjoying the fresh meat with no protective guard dog in sight. LOL... instant flash backs and sympathy washed over me and I was smiling cause I'm so much older now!
And that whole idea of snuggling on the blanket in the yard with hym and bouncy sprout playing priceless smiles right there! |
