Poultry morning food
Left over chicken enchilada ala Gringa.
Still yummy, still a chicken product, :koolaid: coffee, and now iced tea. |
I had.....
toast with peanut butter and banana....and sprinkled with pumpkin seeds..... :) |
strawberry protein shake and an eggo waffle

I had an egg and cheese sandwich I made then a small bowl of yogurt then washed it down with coffee.

at 5am --
3 scrambled eggs 1 slice of chocolate zucchini bread (paleo) 5 sliced strawberries 1/2 avocado 2 slices thin bacon 1 cup of cream earl grey w/ cream/stevia |
1/2 baked potato
raw cheddar broccoli bacon pieces 1 over medium egg slice strawberries cup of scottish breakfast w/ cream/stevia |
Today:
Nothing special and exciting. Zucchini bread and 6 green chili turkey sausages |
1 eggo waffle and an oroblanco grape fruit

Yogurt with bran flakes,two cups of coffee.

I had a banana and some yogurt. The banana for potassium and the yogurt for calcium; and that's as deep as I ever get about "eating healthy".

Today:
2 scrambled eggs with diced zucchini, red onion, and yellow bell pepper. a large scoop of taco meat 1 sweet potato hash pancake 2 thick cut bacons 3 sliced strawberries half avocado cup of tea with cream/stevia |
This morning I had a pretty good breakfast. I had strapatsada which is basically olive oil and 1/2 can of diced tomatoes cooked down in the frying pan until most of the fluid is gone, then 2 beaten eggs added in and everything scrambled together. Had it with two slices of bread. Takes a bit of time to make, but it's one of my favourite breakfasts with great flavour that I like to have once in a while :D

today......
I had an orange....then I had a slice of multigrain toast with peanut butter, honey and pumpkin seeds....and yerba mate tea....and a slice of fresh pineapple..... my breakfast tends to elongate into early lunch since Im always up so early....but at least all the citrus is keeping the scurvy at bay during the long winter lol |

breakfast? It's midnight now and breakfast seems so far away. I can't remember what's in the fridge so I can't even plan breakfast but I do know there'll be coffee cause there's always coffee.

Klondike ice cream bar ... it is one of the extra large ones.
