Ecstatic!! My final paper for advanced counseling has been submitted

Incredibly worn out

Accomplished with all I got done today. I submitted the paper, but I also made a kickass lunch, visited with the pastor when he came to the house today, talked to the Amish builder about the new roof, spent time with family, and then finished the day off with a couple hours work in my garden. Now it is time to get my shower, take the dog out last time and go relax in front of the tv while I chill in bed. Feels good to get all of this done and finally have time to relax.

Pretty rough.

Feeling sunburned as ever and wiped out.

Last night was a rough night, but I am on the mend. Looking forward to Friday and what news that may bring.

Nervous, Excited, and anxious all at once. Today I do the last test for all my pre op stuff for my Weight Loss surgery. Today is the Upper Gi Endoscopy.

I am feeling good! I had a good night at work, followed by breakfast with a co-worker.. and a satisfying workout.

All in all a good morning!

Now I am heading to bed! :)
