I think it's becoming a new tradition for my dad to bring me bbq every Tuesday. He's been doing it for almost 3 months..lol
So...I'll be having: ~pulled pork bbq sandwich with sweet sauce ~chips ~some form of dessert I might as well assume this will be my Tuesday dinner from here on out if Dad keeps it up...lol |

Double cheeseburger, large fries and large coke or Arby's Roast Beef. My dog is voting the roast beef. She has such pleading eyes. :( Nope, no way I am giving in to her tonight. She is way too spoiled.

WEll lets see I had Jenny Pizza with veggies and chocolate cheesecake for dessert and a yogurt and a hard boiled egg as a snack.

Made BBQ Chicken Pizza & a salad after a tough day for the girl and I...(she fell by accident at the audiologist's office, so after that we had to spend a while in the ER so she could get a knee immobilzer)
After that I made cookies and shared some pizza and cookies with some kind neighbors. ~SAB |
A Romaine lettuce salad, with ripe green market tomatoes, avocado, crumbled bacon, and a homemade Roquefort dressing, a small piece of Brie with a handful of almonds, a glass of Pinot noir, and an Asian peach for dessert.

Had a great lunch with a friend at the Union Square green market, so light supper: homemade salsa with lots of cilantro and blue corn chips, Blue Moon, decadent pistachio gelato from Ciao Bella.

Going to my favorite steak place tonight. Doe's eat place. Porterhouse, the best homemade fries in the world, cold beer.

Over my days off, I cooked up some lean burger I had in the fridge and split it up. I used part yesterday for a taco salad and there's homemade goulash still as well as hamburger helper. So tonight will probably be a little from both of those with some salad greens.
I'm trying to use everything up before I move. |

We had a big lunch but
We picked up our share at the farm this morning so We will eat a late dinner of pasta with tatsoi and melon for dessert. But before we eat dinner, I am going to make one gallon of refrigerator pickles. |

Leftover black bean chili that I made last night
I cut 2 pork chops up into little pieces because I needed to use them up Sauteed the pieces in olive oil with cumin and chili powder Infused my chili with a dried jalapeno from my garden that I grated up Added the rest of my ingredients and let it simmer for 30 minutes It was great yesterday, but I bet it'll be even better today |

PeiWei with my writing partner. I had the PeiWei sauce with chicken over brown rice and some :wine:later.

I made a lovely sauce with lots of garlic, onions and tomatoes....I even incorporated some from my garden which sweetened it up a bit....some ground sirloin.....and did I mention garlic? Then served that over a nice rotini pasta and a mixed greens salad, again, with more of my garden tomatoes.....and of course, red wine. :wine:
