Having Coffee and cereal right now . and a grilled cheese a little later. |
i ate a very light breakfast today..
some apple slices, orange slices & 2 glasses of water.. i'm just in a pickin' kinda mood, i'm not complainin' though.. |

At 6am, I had wheat toast and coffee
At 8am I had a toaster strudel and shared with some of the cats :) |
I had fat free, light raspberry cheesecake yogurt and about a gallon of coffee.
...and will probably have about a gallon more. |

Quaker high-fiber instant oatmeal (not as healthy as the real kind, but good for my busy mornings), a whole pink grapefruit grown right down the road, and black coffee. :)
