A birthday dinner: mango slices sprinkled with Cayenne and wrapped in prosciutto, rack of lamb with cauliflower au gratin, baby Romaine tossed with fresh herb vinaigrette, pistacchio macarons and homemade vanilla ice cream, Champagne, espresso....I am a year older, but well fed!

Egg sandwich. Must be the night for eggs. I honestly was so hungry i almost ate shell and all. Sorta glad now i didn't. The aftermath of that wouldn't have been pretty.

Dinner?
I have no clue. I will be home in about an hour after getting off a flight from Chicago. We sort of had a meal on the plane, but the size of it was more like a snack.

Hot Dogs from the fire pit in the yard and baked tater from there to and it was mmmmm good

I didn't eat dinner, but I did snack on Snyder's Honey Mustard and Onion pretzel pieces
Also had a small piece of NY style chocolate chip cheesecake I bet I put a few pounds on from what i lost over the last 4 months I've been in snack mode for a week now and it has to stop |

Turkey burger with sharp cheddar cheese, spinach and tomato on a whole grain sandwich round with spicy mustard and light mayo

Blade flung a craving on me lol....but I dont have a fire pit, so I guess I could grill them? Ehh, Blade should just fix them for me I think....hot dogs tonight!!

A revelation, I've found.
One cannot make faux Greek salad with turkey breast. It's just not the same without ham. But still, I ate it. |
