Still my sisters answers and behavior were in the back of my mind. Since she has so many in laws around, she and her wife, can always find someone to watch the kids. When I told her I was going to Coronado, she kept grilling me on the dates I'm flying out, and wanted to know am I still taking work off for our birthday etc. She was really starting to irk me acting like she was mad I was going away. I finally said hey what's up with the third degree? And she tossed me an envelope, and said happy birthday. I opened it up and it was our itinerary for Cancun 4 days and 3 nights at moon palace, on our birthday weekend!!!!!! I'm pumped!!!!!!! What a great birthday present!!! I was just going get her a new office chair. hahahaha Oh guess I better cancel my dentist appt.

Awesome!! I live near Coronado! I love going there... Especially to the Hotel Del! I have a twin sister too!

I work in a 4th grade classroom a few times a week and they just CRACK me up sometimes... Definitely bring me joy!!

not as sweet a subject matter

I found a bag of Pineapple Thai that I thought that I had lost.:hangloose:

the last bell to clean up and go home...yay! *long day today*

Getting a call from an HR Recruiter... she complimented me on a "perfect " application and was thrilled that I found a way to remove the form protections in order to edit and expand the fields to fit everything ...she wants me to teach her how to do what I did so she can answer the many frustrated callers that can't work their application .... she complimented me on my experience and offered a wonderful vote of confidence. It made me excited .... and I felt less awkward about the process.... when I mentioned to my coworkers that I was going to apply... I was surprised to be greeted with many offers of references. Some of them from the Best in the business! It made me very humble and appreciated.

What brought me joy today is INTERNET!!!!

Over a month without it, I missed this so much!!!!!

Two job cancellations that are still **billable**!! It allowed me to take my dog to the vet, and get in my kitchen to finish up some much needed cooking!

I'm femme so shopping...what else?

Sorting all kinds of Christmas goodies and stuffing them in stockings and Disney bags for several foster children. I've enjoyed this 'personal project' very much. I miss having little ones in the house and these children ...ones I haven't met yet.... have restored my Christmas Spirit that I thought I lost years ago.

Lots of warm sunshine today... it made it nice enough to take a long walk after work. And I love how the sunshine warms my house.

-disney shopping for a friend and my lil cousins
-playing Santa and delivering gifts
-career opportunity
-continued talking and getting to know someone better

and now.. hmmm..
tomorrow's another day for more joy?

But mostly because I'm blessed.
