Dinner is done, I started with a dijon mustard and honey rub, then let them braise in water for about an hour. Rubbed ground ginger into them and let them cook another hour. Last hour or so, I sliced up a fresh jalapeno, dumped it in the water and stirred. Letting the steam from the water infuse my ribs. The results was tender and yummy, but next time, I'd add a few more jalapenos and I'd put them in the moment the water started boiling.

Stephanie, I barely got through 1 rib and have 3 more to share. If you lived closer, I'd be bringing them over to your house.
Still feeling weak, but not too weak that I couldn't eat something by now :)

Tried a new recipe...
 
Hungarian goulash

I added a small bag of mixed veggies into the dish

Turned out GOOD!
