I had cinnamon oatmeal sprinkled with coconut chia seed granola..... on the way to work..... coffee.....and admittedly ate the rest of my oatmeal as I drove..... I was running late at work.... grapefruit.....maybe some tea in a bit.... |

3 scrambled eggs 1 slice of banana bread with 1 TBS butter (paleo) 3 walnuts cup of tea with cream/stevia later as a snack I had some beef jerky. |
my tummy wasnt entirely certain it wanted to accept food this am...so I had a grapefruit.....
after sitting in accident related traffic, a stop at dunkins yielded me an egg white flatbread sammich...the turkey sausage one is num....and still has veggies in it. I could skip the cheese though....never loved orange cheddar.... |

I had a banana pancake and coffee at my local restaurant.....its my Sunday....so.... I felt like something different.... :)

Breakfast I had boiled egg whites that I still needed to shell and an apple while on the road..made for an interesting task..but I overcame and my tummy was happy!

For breakfast I had a fried egg sandwich.
2 fried eggs on bread, with a slice of cheese melted on top with a bit of mustard and ketchup. |

nut-ola (almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, flaked coconut, cinnamon, coconut flour, almond butter)
1/2 c. whole milk yogurt fresh strawberries fresh blueberries cup of tea w/ cream/stevia |
I had toast and jam for breakfast.....then I had a lottle of the lentil stew I made the night before and didnt eat.....lunch was just too far off to wait to have it :)
