I feel a little discouraged tonight. I have been so intensely hyperfocused on something that I think I have just temporarily burnt myself out.

Guilt-ridden...seems my greatest skill is procrastination....maybe my only skill but I'm world class.

I've read that you can use Coke to clean your whole house.

Gotta go into work for few hours this morning, but that's good. Just making sure everything is in order for my Monday deadline. Have had this project that's been a bitch and I finally "got it" this week—everything fell into place.

Life could be worse.

Feeling good, no hangover..... It was only two chocolate martinis. Lol

this week my lab work came back positive for auto immune disease...when my doctor ran more tests... lab work for my thyroid came back positive for anti bodies (even though my tsh is completely normal as i have been on thyroid meds on and off since the 90s)

so next step is the dermatologist for a complete check up (i have had issues with my skin since 08 and i have some new symptoms)

i am not sure what is going on with my body...i am feeling well...considering...
