If I had a medical condition that would be eased by losing weight.

If I am not comfortable in my body and feel sluggish/low energy.

If my clothes are getting tight becuase I overindulged.

Yesterday at the market, I was blocking the area where folks get their carts because I was staring lovingly at the crate of watermelons to the side of it.

My dog, for tripping on him.

My guy, for beating him at scrabble for over 250 points. That apology, for the record, was quite insincere.

Give me three books you think everyone should read.

Animal Farm-still brilliant, even after the collapse of communism which it portrays. It could be about any abuse of power.

To Kill A Mockingbird-Although based in the American South, it has overriding themes of justice (or not) for the non-powerful in the world.

Any of Shakespeare's tragedies. I realize that's just my personal taste. To me, Hamlet is a good "starter" as it's a straightforward story.

Great question, back atcha :).
