I had yummy guac with white corn chips and lentil soup. Once the chips were gone, I dipped a spoonful of the guac in a scoop of soup and it was heeeeeaaaaaavenly. I'm so gonna dump it in there next time.
Dessert? Spiced pumpkin ice cream. Yum! |
I have chicken (a mixture of spices) and sliced potatoes (with butter in a foil pack) in my toaster oven.
When they finish cooking, I'll make cheesy potatoes out of them. |

My favorite baby butch and I made dinner together just for the two of us: Tilapia sauteed in butter and olive oil (she seasoned them with Adobo and put them in the pan), and mashed white sweet potato (she washed it, poked it about 793 times, then put it in the microwave). Dessert was birthday cake left over from her big sister's 17th birthday.

Last night, Daddy and i had a Skype date & made a yummy dish of spinach, tomatoes, white beans, mushrooms and pesto served over pasta..
i had that tonight, again and will be bringing some for lunch tomorrow! Love Our yummy date nights! |
We got an Excellent deal at Sam's Club yesterday on chicken breast tenderloins for 1.97 a pound..so it will be something made with chicken tenderloins...probably oven fried tenders , au gratin potatoes, and green beans :)

update
Been awhile so here's an update :p
we enjoyed dinner with some friends of the BFP site at a delish mexican restaurant, night after that I made chicken alfredo. last night I had tuna sandwiches with tuna, mayo, lettuce, onions, and cheese. tonight I'm making ravioli with meat sauce and cheese bread. |
Little Man will be making sloppy joes & french fries...or at least he will be when I tell him thats what he cooking!!

I am having a thick ribeye with sauteed onions and garlic cooked just right and a backed potato butter (not margin), sour cream cheese and onions Onions are the vegi you should see how huge the steak is yummm |
Leftover roasted brussel sprouts and yams, and herb encrusted pork tenderloin. I might make some bread pudding for dessert.

Brussel sprouts.... Seasoned carrots.... Scrod provencal.... Green beans..... Sweet potatoes.... Pierogi..... SUSHI!!! |
