Can you go into further explanation about what the EGR is? This sounds similar to what is happening in my car. This issues makes it so where I cannot use my a/c and I don't have the money to take it to a mechanic.

Good Morning Everyone,

It was a helluva hot day yesterday! It was 100 degrees on the East Coast of Floriday and the smoke from the nine fires burning up and around near Daytona Beach, just made it even worse. Thank goodness I decided to wear shorts and flip flops, because that helped out a lot.

One of the girls at my job is fed up with how our supervisor talks to us once we stand up to her, and ask her not to treat us like we all are children. The supervisor sent this girl home because she was in a bad mood. So the girl, emailed our department director and the general manager and now has an appointment with them on Monday. This is the same supervisor, who read me the riot act for emailing a department manager. We all are hoping she gets reprimanded and put on probation. I was always told, that if your a manager, that you shouldn't use your power as a way to treat your co-workers terrible.

Z i have a neibor that treats me like a child.. he thinks women know nothing!! found he treats his wife the same.. doesnt allow her to even think for herself.. so when i confronted him.. told him i aint your wife i aint your child and you couldnt even hold a candle to my father. that i was only being a friend/neibor. he turned on me and is talking bad all around the hood about me. i think another confrontation is in store. thank goodness my neibors know him well enough not to listen. he is a ass wipe. but he is still a neibor so ill do my best to fix this.
do you have a union rep or a H.R. dept you can go to?

good afternoon everyone. i've been in the basement most of the day straightening up and mopping the floor. tomorrow i head to the pride festival from 11-6. i'm looking forward to a day in the park with my dog Chase. She has really come around since i found her 2 weeks ago. I feel bad about leaving Holli home tomorrow but she's really old and didn't deal too well with the heat last year. Chase is still a pup and should handle it fine. i know she'll have a great time in the park and socializing with the other dogs. ok, back to the basement to finish up. have a good afternoon everyone.
