Top deck of the Ross Island Bridge

Something mysterious:

Random street lights, in broad daylight,
lit up, singularly, as I drove home on back roads;
and each time a single street lamp lit up, I didn't
know whether to smile or count each time it happened,
today (11 times). I got emotional several times on my drive home.
