I am in the process of perusing Amazon for a winter coat. I have always done the fleece thing and they keep me plenty warm. But, I am wanting to try something new.

Also, looking at no-show socks to with the 2 pair of Nike runners that I bought recently.

I am trying REALLY hard to not buy something techie just for sake of having it.

An over the seat tablet holder for my niece. I’m getting her a child specific tablet for Christmas.

Laying pellets for the chickens

Oyster shells...also for the chickens

And a huge bag of dog food ... for the dogs

Let's see..... Today I bought a new pair of comfy house slippers, some rain boots with brightly colored polka dots, an pair of new faux leather gloves for winter, some gasoline for my car, eats and treats, and a new black bra and an black lacy demi-top-type camisole.

Nothing yet, but later I have to get layer pellets for the girls and oyster shells too. It didn’t get done this weekend.

Back in 2008, right as I graduated with my bachelors degree, the economy tanked, I couldn't find a good paying job to save my life (proverbially), and I had two credit cards that lapsed into collections. Yesterday, I paid them both off, and for an lesser amount than I thought. Those were the only two negative things on my credit report, so they're taken care of now and it feels good that I could do that.

Today, I bought a bunch of fresh organic vegetables, end of season berries (organic too), and for a good price, considering how expensive it's getting to buy food.


I'm feeling pretty lucky lately, and I don't take it for granted.

I bought a pipe to replace the leaky one under my kitchen sink, some temporary hair color (amethyst gun metal), a large bottle of Nyquil and a jug of cough syrup.

I'm pet sitting this weekend at my bff/sil's house, so I bought organic pet treats for Simon, Toffee and Petunia yesterday @ Trader Joe's.

I also bought an wash and wax for my car, Ruby Tuesday. The weather here is incredibly gorgeous with highs near the upper 60s, low 70s, so she's all clean and pretty now.

went to the grocery store today (hate it) bought stuff to make chicken curry salad. Bought some halloween decorations (fave holiday). Then went to the pet store and bought dog food and some dog treats and some doggie chews. They eat better than i do!
