The double crust pie had a delicious flavor but

I got stingy with the gravy and it was a little dry.

I know exactly what I would do differently next time.

We had brined the turkey so it was very flavorful.

What was the question?

Rockinonahigh 12-02-2012 06:03 PM

I had a hard boiled egg with a medium combo salad that I made a home made dressing to go over it.

Soon 12-02-2012 06:04 PM

ribeye and mushrooms

Gemme 12-02-2012 06:17 PM

I am having....at this very moment....a pita from this place:

Pita Fusion

They stuff their pitas and roll them like burritos. The bad part? They have so much goodness in it that the common pita soon breaks and/or falls apart a few bites into it. The good part? Everything else.

It's a wheat pita with ancho chipotle sauce stuffed with grilled philly steak, provolone, bell peppers, mushrooms and onions as well as fresh mushrooms, spinach, and banana peppers.

Super yum!

grenade 12-02-2012 06:25 PM

I have a very colorful meatloaf in the oven. Also making Mac n cheese, deviled eggs, and still debating the veggie. Leaning towards cauliflower.

JustJo 12-02-2012 06:28 PM

One of those meals when everything turns out just right...meatloaf, mashed potatoes, fresh green beans, and butternut squash baked with butter and maple syrup. Yummy!

What are you having for dinner tonight?

Tonight, dinner was a double cheeseburger, fries, a coke, and a slice of apple pie. I had dinner in a '50s diner called "Mel's" so it seemed appropriate.

Rockinonahigh 12-04-2012 03:57 PM
