Re-learned (not the first time) a lesson today. I'm not so great at taking care myself sometimes - so focused on making sure everyone else is taken care of and then...
Today was another "and then..." ending in heat stroke. I forgot to drink enough, eat enough, and rest in this 97 degree heat and I'm paying for it now with a grumpy face. *sigh* Work-in-progress!!!:dots: On a brighter note, the office picnic/volleyball/kickball was a huge success and tomorrow I leave for a little NY getaway!!! |

Laerkin and Gretchen popped into NYC. Hit Murray's Deli in the Village for orgasmic snacks (literally - the sounds we are making over some of these things are offensive). Now leaving the city and heading north for some women and yoga. GIRL WEEKEND HAS BEGUN!!!!
