Picking up 13 yellow summer squashes from a co-worker. I'm going to can them for her. lol, my produce budget is running low so I will get my canning fix by canning for others. Long as I get my jars back I am happy to provide this garden overload public service.

Hopping onto the Mobia (like a Treadclimber) and doing a solid 15 minutes....when just a year ago 5 minutes felt almost impossible and left me feeling sick and light-headed. I was drenched in sweat, but my heart rate was back to normal in a minute....and I felt GREAT! :)
It feels fantastic to know how much my fitness level has improved and that it's all due to my eating better, and working out regularly at Curves for the last 6 months. I'm proud of myself! :cheer: |

So many little things brought me joy today...
9 hours of restful sleep last night :) a beautiful pm from my Texas sister Canela filled with love, well wishes & prayers. friends that are more like family. When I close my eyes and let the world slow down, I can hear their voices & laughter plain as day. It always makes me smile. our flower gardens are in FULL bloom. No Texas heat is gonna stop us from having that beauty around us. going home at lunch and seeing that the pool installer came back to check the pump... the pool is sparkling clear & ready for us to jump in after work!! |
