can we say leftovers?

turkey, dressing, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce.

And I have a big pot of turkey stock on the stove that has been simmering since yesterday. Will be making a big pot of homemade turkey and brown rice soup.

Popcorn. With Curry, Lime salt, garlic, and a leeeeetle bitty bit of butter.

Water and lots of it

My dinner was Arby's Beef and Cheddar with an order of Potato Cakes. I stopped on way through because I really didn't feel like cooking after taking an hour to get home...usual 20 minutes.

I'm doing a barbequed rotisserie chicken w/ some grilled pineapple quesadillas, tonight.

my honey asked this am if I could make her dinner--

---not sure. You can bet it is gonna be mircowave. I do not, let me repeat, I DO NOT want to wash another pot or pan till next Christmas.

last night was jalapeno chips and a ROckstar energy drink.. after eating leftovers for days!

Tonight probably more leftovers. LOL A turkey sandwich and chips!

My Mom is coming over to make my favorite Korean dish, Zha Jjiang Myeon, a fermented black bean and noodle dish. I haven't had Mom's cooking in a couple of years so I'm looking forward to it.

And I happen to make killer ones, Trev...They are quite versatile, I also like to do them with tiger shrimp, lime w/ a splash of tequila, melted w/queso and monterey jack cheeses...and then grill them in a little butter and olive oil...and serve them up w/ a lime-pico-de-gallo rice.

Hopefully nothing, I need a fast. lol...

Well....

Teddy made dinner after all....he made his stroganoff, one of his bestest dishes :) He makes it meatless for me...with lots of mushrooms (also for me!) Soooo good. It's worth getting clean up duty for ;)

I made some hamburgers and fries.

We had Frito chili pies with jalapeno slices. Star had never had one. LOL. We sampled my Buffalo chicken dip prior. I made it for work tomorrow. Presently killin' a bottle of wine.

Blueberry pie.

It was so good, it should have had a theme song.

I have 'I found my thrill on blueberry hill', now running through my head. lol

i dont know exactly but its starting out as braised beef .

Refrigerator casserole - It involves tortillas, refried beans, leftover steak, tomatoes, onions, garlic, jalapenos, and leftover rice. We'll see what happens.

Something I need scissors for.
