sweet potato/zucchini/red onion hash (basically I zoodled everything coated with coconut oil, seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder & s/p, through in oven til done). I make a large batch so I have enough for 2 people for seven days.
2 fried eggs (fried in coconut oil)
2 free form turkey green chili sausage
1 avocado
small bowl of sliced strawberries/kiwi/blueberry mixture

minus the small bowl of sliced fruit.
and instead of free formed sausage, I'm having pork/turkey green chili links.
But everything else is the same!!

Mmm I love summer time fruit :) I buy twice the normal amount this year.. Half to eat fresh and half to freeze for my smoothies!

Was starving after the gym so had cinnamon raisin bagel with a bit of vegan margarine on top, plus two eggs and two pieces of chicken bacon with a slice of cheddar and some mustard on top.

Breaking tradition!

Mixed greens salad with chopped veggies, tomatoes, shredded sharp cheddar, bacon bits and tangy tomato dressing. Chocolate milk to drink.

Seeing as how I ate at 10:30am, it could be considered brunch.
