I made the best scrambled eggs EVAH, toasted two small Belgian waffles with light syrup, fresh blueberries and light whipped topping, a few pieces of maple glazed bacon jerky (it's bacon without the mess of cooking it! Yay!), a bowl of mixed fresh fruit (blueberries, blackberries, red seedless grapes and halo segments) with cherry pomegranate juice to drink.
That should cover my fruit requirements for a while. :blink: |
I had ham and eggs over easy with whole wheat toast, lots of strong coffee.

Easter dinner for brunch. Ham steak, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, mac 'n cheese, fresh fruit bowl and chocolate milk.

I had veggies I needed to use up so...
I sauteed some asparagus and mushroom in some olive oil, added a sprinkle of oregano...then cut up some leftover turkey kielbasa. Beat up 4 tiny eggs and added iy in. Topped with some of TJd shaved cheese blend. Wheat toast with blackberry jam on the side. As an aside...the tiny eggs came from my neighbor's tiny chickens...and the jam came from another neighbor. She got the blackberries right here on the property..its rather delightful :) |

I had biscuits and gravy earlier this morning, with eggs and bacon (gotta love free breakfast at this amazing hotel)... now snacking on salami, cheese, and dill and sea salt triscuits.

What's for breakfast?
Sauteed mushrooms, red onion, and jalapeno in the bacon grease, then cooked with two scrambled eggs and mild cheddar cheese shredded on top with 2 slices of crispy bacon and a cup of ice cold whole milk.
