chile relleno, enchilada, taco, beans, rice, guac and sour cream. chips & salsa.. soo stuffed but ooh soo good! couple drafts of amber bock to wash it down.

I have a pork picnic roast marinating in a mix of lemon grass and ginger with a few other things tossed in.

With that I think I am going to make curried vegetables

and for dessert tangerine bars

Got some sausage on the grill to munch on during the games. Gonna throw a ribeye on da fire later!!! Big salad, and iced tea!!!

Tortilla encrusted tilapia
farm fresh broccoli
ranch pasta salad
sweet tea

The sauce is simmering on low...artichoke and sausage putenesca.
This will go on pasta, but which one I haven't decided yet,
but probably penne.

i made veggie fried rice and sesame chicken.

I picked up take out Chinese and took it to Andy and Ginger, they just got back from vaca. :)

I didn't have dinner tonight because I ate the remnants of my food for lunch today (which was a big ass lunch, mind you)...minus some peanut butter, jam and 2 eggs.

But! Right now I smell something really awesome coming from the kitchen downstairs, which is admittedly making my stomach growl like crazy. I dunno what one of my roomie's is making, but I'm seriously considering stealing some in the middle of the night when everyone else is asleep, and then claiming I know nothing of it come morning :p

Hawiian pork chops boneless,1/2 baked sweet potato,artichoke hearts w/fresh tomatos.Bytime I ate the chop and veggies I could only eat a bite or two of the sweet potato...saveing it for tomorrows lunch
