I have slowed from almost 2 packs to this now. Thank you and those are really good tricks....wish I had them when I went to the store. Today is Super Bowl watching and the house is filled with chips and salsa...Apple pie and ice cream...I do have Coke Zero..LOL!

Have any of you noticed horrible heart burn since you have tried to quit or when you quit before? If so, what did you do for it? Nothing seems to help yet that I have tried. |

Despite it being such a long day for me...8 hours work, and then a class in the evening, I have only used 3 nicotine lozenges today! I'm looking forward to being completely nicotine free soon!

Everyone is doing so well! Keep it up. I didn't fair as well. On Sunday, my non smoking friends arrived....with a friend I have previously met and she is a smoker without any inclination of quitting. Well, I did bum 2 smokes and justified it by being a good host, not wanting her to be outside smoking all by herself!
The good news is I did not go out and start buying a pack, so here I am on day 2 of not smoking, again! |
